I enjoyed the prompt room service. My requests were fulfilled quickly. The complimentary newspaper each morning was a thoughtful touch. The concierge service was helpful with directions and recommendations. I REALLY appreciated the turndown service that included bottled water and chocolates.

My room faced a side street with bins. This took away from the atmosphere, especially since this stay was part of my birthday week. It was not the exact date, but it was still a special occasion for us.
