the location near the airport was a great plus. the breakfast area was nice. the staff were helpful at every turn. the hotel was well maintained too.
several light were not working in my room. the shower head sprayed water all over the place, it was blocked. there was no option for snacks at night, not even a water bottle was available at the bar.

the hotel's proximity to the airport is fantastic i walked there in about ten minutes even with my luggage. i also found a pingo doce grocery store only a short walk away which was super convenient. the staff was really friendly and helpful i felt so welcomed.
some of the lights in my room weren't working properly and it was a bit annoying.

The location is convenient. A quick walk brought me right to the airport. the room featured soundproof windows, THAT provided a quiet environment. i found a good restaurant offering indian cuisine just next door.
i did notice slight wear on the decking around the pool.

the receptionists were friendly, even at a late hour. the hotel is close to the airport and a few supermarkets. the bed was decent and the bathroom was clean. i found it served its purpose well for a night.
i did not sleep that well due to some noisy guests. they were smoking in the corridor, and there was a kennel with barking dogs behind the hotel.

breakfast is available, though i did not have it, but there is a supermarket a short walk away (along a busy road). you can get an easy meal there if needed, and the supermarket cafe food is cheap.

The hotel's location suited my needs perfectly. It's really close to the airport, so walking was easy. The staff was helpful in directing me to local transport options, they explained the bus routes. My room was clean, and it had all i needed for a short stay.
The walls felt thin. I could sometimes hear noise from nearby rooms.

The reception staff was consistently available and check-in was quick. They provided clear directions to the nearby bus stop, i thought that was very efficient. Housekeeping maintained cleanliness throughout my stay, it was very much appreciated.

A breakfast buffet was offered with a selection of pastries, cereals, and fruit. The coffee machine worked perfectly. There was a small cafe next to the hotel with cheap meals, the service was quick. I really enjoyed my stay.

i encountered an issue with the air conditioning it was set at a fixed temperature i found the room too hot during the night staff were unable to adjust the temperature this impacted my sleep quality i also noted that the hair dryer was not functional

I found the staff to be very professional. The location is amazingly close to the airport (only a short walk!). I liked the super clean room. Everything felt very clean. The outdoor area was sunny and very well kept.
I experienced a minor inconvenience with the limited bar menu. It did not have many options.
