missing luggage rack inadequate soundproofing
The air conditioning was set too low, I had difficulty adjusting it. Eventually I turned it off. I needed to retrieve the tub stopper and the key for the adjoining room from the lobby myself. The absence of a luggage rack and insufficient towel hooks was an oversight. The bathroom door lacks an interior handle. Closing it from inside proves awkward. The noise of traffic outside was quite noticeable. Better soundproofing for the windows is needed.

poor food quality lacking sauce
The restaurant food was a real letdown. i ordered steak but only got fries with it. it was tasteless and pretty boring. Some vegetables or sauce would have helped. the restaurant meal was not good, boring fries

The front desk staff provided efficient service. Parking was easy to access. The room was comfortable, offering a great bed, lovely bedding, and an amazing shower. Breakfast provided was also good.
The soundproofing in the room wasn't great.

The hotel breakfast offered a really good start to the day. The options seemed fresh. staff were cute, and the room was prepared so well. i appreciated the cleanliness. it.
the location felt a bit remote, with not many dining options in close proximity. it's more suited for a quick overnight rather than a longer stay perhaps.

location was handy to the airport and i appreciated the included breakfast. the cleanliness of the rooms were great, i did enjoy it.
i noticed the bathroom has a high, slippery tub which was a bit unusual.
