slow check-in unhelpful staff
The beds provided were adequately dreamlike.
The check-in was slow. The reception staff was not particularly helpful. I found out that the internet access got cut off. This was due to some staff not updating the system, allegedly. Twice.

breakfast buffet helpful staff quiet room poor cooling facility wear slow check-in
the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options i found the staff to be very helpful and polite. my room was quiet and i could easily relax. the location near the airport was definitely convenient.
the room i was initially given wasn't cooling properly i had to ask for a different one. i noticed some wear and tear on the facilities it was a bit disappointing. the check-in process felt a bit slow.
