the location was convenient staff were polite and helpful

the restaurant service was slow the room lacked soundproofing it was also near a road the shower leaked water onto the floor and a bathroom light did not work right

The hotel cleaners did a good job. That's a plus. Front desk staff were helpful during check-in.

I called four times requesting towels and even went to reception. Eventually, I had to use the floor mat as a towel.

This trip was MORE THAN frustrating. I called to inform them about my flight delay, BUT nobody answered. Plus, they put just one towel in a room for two people, UNACCEPTABLE!

Fantastic Stay!

reliable transfer attentive staff good food

I found reliable airport transfers and excellent staff. The staff was great. The food was nice, and the hotel has good value for money. (I really loved the shuttle!).

The water pressure in the shower was low. I had to call multiple times for towels. Eventually, I used the floor mat after waiting too long.
