A functional stay near the airport

Breakfast offered a GOOD variety. I particularly enjoyed the yam and fish stew before my flight. A staff member assisted me with my luggage to the lift. I appreciated the help with several bags.

My room included only ONE towel for my entire four-day stay. the bedsheets were not changed at all during this time. It could be addressed.

The hotel offers quick checking, a plus for late arrivals after 1 am. The location's proximity to the airport is definitely convenient. I was promptly attended to, and the staff responded quickly to my questions.

joy at the front desk was amazing! she was so joyful and helpful. i arrived and had an initial unpleasant experience, but joy resolved it and helped me every step of the way. kenny, the driver, was also very courteous and helpful. value for this hotel is fantastic!

the phone in my room wasn't working though! there was no way to contact the kitchen or reception.

i enjoyed the africa beans cake! there was also bacon, boiled eggs, and toasted bread available. the variety provided a satisfying start to each day and catered to different tastes, great.

the location is great it is very close to the airport. the staff from security to the front desk act professionally and seem friendly. i found the breakfast and buffet to be amazing. there are many choices too.

i noticed a thick stale smell in the hallway leading to the rooms. i found the rooms to be tiny very dirty and aged. the carpet looked dirty and very old to me. the tv in the room did not function properly it kept coming on and off on its own the picture quality was terrible.

the hotel staff's hospitality standards need improvement i noticed a lack of emotional intelligence. some room service procedures were inconvenient as staff brought card machines inside the room to charge it before taking payment it wasted time

i really enjoyed my stay! the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially with the airport shuttle service (it saved me so much hassle). the breakfast buffet was a real treat with many options.

the gym equipment was a bit outdated and could use some maintenance.
