Check-in was smooth. The team ensured i got something to eat before the kitchen closed. They even gave trolley cookies. The breakfast had a substantial offering and opened early. A shuttle comes every 15 minutes, but the hotel is a short walk from the terminal. i received an upgrade to a better room. The staff showed kindness. Room service was easy and fast. Checkout was also super easy and fast.
our room was sprayed with a cloying scent, and i have scent allergies. The cleaners apply this scent.

The breakfast had good options available. it started very early at 4 am. this was useful because i needed to catch an early flight. the location is very convenient! it is a short walk from the airport. i also used the hotel shuttle. It ran frequently.
the room did not have enough soundproofing. i could hear noises from outside. the air conditioning did not work well in my room. i asked for a different room. the air conditioning in the second room also failed to work.

the hotel is close to the airport. i walked there in about four minutes with my luggage! the room i stayed in featured a comfortable sofa, a big television, and very effective air conditioning, great. breakfast included many options. i enjoyed an early start to the day thanks to the 4 am breakfast service.
i requested an invoice via email, but it didn't arrive promptly. the delay was a bit inconvenient.

the location is amazing because it is a short walk to the terminal. the staff is friendly and quick (i could not ask for better). i even got a breakfast box because i was missing the breakfast.
I found the bed uncomfortable, too hard for my taste. the bathroom had a strange design. It was basically open to the room with only a curtain for separation. the shower and toilet each had their own little stall, so using the toilet seemed like being in a public restroom.

The hotel is within walking distance of the airport terminal. I found the front desk staff offered a packed breakfast since I departed very early. My room included amenities that enhanced my stay. The check-in process was easy and efficient.
The spa showed some signs of wear. Some loungers were worn, and a few jets in the pool weren't working.
