I stayed just three nights. The room was quiet, so I sleep well. The staff at the tapas place was amazing, so I recommend it. The room had a great water pressure.
There was no ice machine on my block. The shuttle to airport was too small. One coffee cup in my room had lipstick on it.

the gym was a PROBLEM it lacked basic equipment like free weights i had to modify my workout. the room itself felt dated especially the bathroom the shower pressure was weak and inconsistent i reported it to the front desk but nothing changed . the overall experience fell short of expectations for a hotel of this supposed caliber

the hotel offered a seamless shuttle service to the airport it greatly simplified my travel. the staff was very kind. the hotel provided a late checkout it was quite helpful. our room was very comfortable.
i found that there was no ice machine located in my block.

The air conditioning in my room was, surprisingly, not up to par. It barely cooled the space. The room felt stuffy and uncomfortable. It was hard to get a good night's sleep. Plus, this place is like a maze. I definitely got lost a few times trying to find my way back to the lobby. It's huge. not in a good way.

My room's proximity to the street meant constant noise throughout the night. i found it difficult to sleep well because of this disruption. also, i found the distance to the city center very inconvenient. The location felt isolated with limited transportation options.
