The beds offered supreme comfort. The hotel features a convenient location directly on the beach and marina. Cleanliness is a strong point, as the hotel is super clean and well-kept. The staff presents a lovely, cute attitude.
I observed that the children's area was locked . The hotel's public spaces felt a bit limited relative to its size. More space would enhance the guest experience and make it less crowded.

The hotel clearly underwent a major refurbishment in recent years. It now has amazing rooms, reception areas, and dining areas. I noticed fine beautiful twin rooms with a terrace that provided a beautiful sunrise view each morning.

Every staff member I saw diligently working in their designated area, ensuring seamless service and maintenance. Professionals at check in and through out from when I walked in to all housekeeping staff on our floor to staff in Level Lounge. The lady maintained the steps and areas outside the revolving entrance.

i loved the location between the postiguet beach and the city it was so convenient. the trasluz restaurant served very tasty meals i especially liked the seafood. the staff was kind and caring making the experience feel personalized.
the mini-bar in my room wasn't working the drinks were warm it was a minor inconvenience.

my premium room had lovely bathroom products and lots of towels which was such a luxury! there were also convenient tea and coffee facilities available in the room adding an extra touch of comfort. the overall cleanliness was really good making my stay more enjoyable

the hotel location was great. the airport bus stopped nearby. the beach was also close. the staff were very kind (i appreciated that). they allowed us to use our pool towels after checkout. it also allowed us to stay at the pool.
i was disappointed by the noise levels during the night. loud music kept us awake. people moved furniture on balconies until 5 am. it was impossible to sleep (really frustrating).

I stayed five nights. The service felt Really good. The open bar had soft drinks, local wines, and beer. Tapas were served twice daily. The location is IDEAL. It is right by the water and close to many restaurants and bars.
during the day, i saw rats RUNNING along the foliage near the hotel. The breakfast offered for early flights was TERRIBLE. It had a few small pastries and a coffee machine only. There was no tea, milk, or cereal.
