Enchanting Stay Amidst Historical Charm

The staff welcomed me warmly! I was shown a map of historic points. Snacks and beverages were available in the breakfast room. The daily housekeeping service kept everything so tidy.

The plumbing made a loud vibrating noise when I used the sink, I found it slightly disruptive at times.

fantastic stay!

amazing location helpful staff evening treats prime location

The location was amazing. I could walk to many main attractions easily. breakfast offered a good choice and staff were helpful. the team provided treats each evening upon my return. they always cleaned the rooms to a high standard. the location is close to restaurants and a cute little square, too.

the stairs to reach the reception can be a little challenging after a long day of exploring. there isn't a lift. it's something to be aware of.

some issues with the stairs and smells

many stairs strange smell

the hotel was on the fourth floor, it wasn't easy getting my luggage up all those stairs. i wasn't expecting so many steps and there was no elevator. also, i noticed a strange smell in the room, it reminded me of a litter box. it lingered and made the room less pleasant than i hoped.

imensa light excecional location amazing varanda long stairs portable air conditioning sewage smell

the room was a beautiful suite. it had imensa light. the location was excecional and a vista única para o castelo. the varanda was amazing!!!

i had to carry my suitcase up 96 stairs. the air conditioning was portable air con machines and the pipes sucked in the hot air. i found comments about the sewage smell a year ago from clients and still nothing has been done to fix it!

Absolutely marvelous stay!

Emanuel the host was really nice. The room was so big and very clean. The common area has snacks and coffee, I love it. I order breakfast. The location help to get around quickly.

The stairs are more challenging than they appear but i handle it.
