The location was amazing. I could walk to many main attractions easily. breakfast offered a good choice and staff were helpful. the team provided treats each evening upon my return. they always cleaned the rooms to a high standard. the location is close to restaurants and a cute little square, too.

the stairs to reach the reception can be a little challenging after a long day of exploring. it's something to be aware of.

some issues with the stairs and smells

the hotel was on the fourth floor, it wasn't easy getting my luggage up all those stairs. also, i noticed a strange smell in the room, it reminded me of a litter box. it lingered and made the room less pleasant than i hoped.

the room was a beautiful suite. it had imensa light. the location was excecional and a vista única para o castelo. the varanda was amazing!!!

i had to carry my suitcase up 96 stairs. the air conditioning was portable air con machines and the pipes sucked in the hot air. i found comments about the sewage smell a year ago from clients and still nothing has been done to fix it!

The stairs are more challenging than they appear but i handle it.
