smeg kettlejazz concertflat fee
the room included a smeg kettle and fridge (which was super convenient!), a coffee machine with tea, coffee, and sugar. it also had a hairdryer, iron and board, robes and slippers. i found a sound system and radio, a safe, two case racks, and enough storage. the jazz concert was an absolute highlight of my trip.
i noticed a flat fee of 10€ each time i ordered any room service. i think this could be adjusted to make it more convenient.

the hotel is situated in a location that balances proximity to the city's bustle, attractions, and public transport. it is also nicely nestled in a quiet area, so you can always find peace.

the room included a nespresso machine, i found it convenient. the soundproofing was good. i could barely hear street noise from my room. the staff were cute.
The rooftop pool did not allow food orders. This was inconvenient. room service had a 10€ flat fee per order, which i found odd. the concierge didn't welcome guests upon entry.

the hotel offered a very warm welcome. i received details about available extras and my room was upgraded. the bar area was super cool. it was fun to sit there and have a drink.
The hotel's restaurant service was slow. It took a while to place the order. i ended up eating my main course quite late.

The rooftop terrace includes a cozy swimming pool. It is surrounded by cactus and exotic plants. guests can enjoy the bar, restaurant, and chilling areas. These are all decorated with detail. the library has comfortable sofas.
