the room was exactly like the pictures i saw online i found it well decorated and super clean the bed was very comfortable and the shower was great room service was fast and the food was very tasty i really enjoyed my stay
when i paid for the car park i got less change back i noticed it and asked for the correct amount it took a little while to sort out

The hotel provides a convenient location near public transportation. The staff at the front desk offered good service. Breakfast included a varied buffet.
The television in my room was quite small. The air conditioning system did not seem to function properly. I had to pay extra to order a barista-made coffee.

the location was really convenient. it was close to the metro and some local restaurants. my room was spacious, very clean, and the maid service was good.
the towels didn't smell good. two of them actually smelled bad. the ac was slow and noisy in my room. it made it hard to sleep well.
