Really good Stay!
friendly staff great location thoughtful arrangement
The staff was lovely! They greeted me with smiles every day. The hotel arranged cake plus sparkling wine for my birthday! I appreciated this thoughtfulness. The hotel location rocks! There is a metro station outside! Most places are an easy walk.
The gym was average. Improvements should be made.

The hotel is conveniently located near tourist attractions. This allows guests to easily explore popular sites. Transportation is readily accessible. This makes it very simple to travel around the area plus enjoy various activities.

The rooms provide comfortable accommodations. They include necessary amenities! The room service provides quick plus delicious meals. I had scrambled eggs with bread, very filling. The bathroom was very clean and perfect.

limited space inconvenient wardrobe
The room felt somewhat cramped for a hotel of this supposed caliber. Space to open luggage WAS LIMITED , and even after upgrading, the wardrobe design caused clothes to overlap, rather inconvenient. The shower box was also poorly designed. Water EASILY leaked out during showers, flooding the bathroom floor. These issues detract from an otherwise supposedly luxurious experience.
