modern designcomfy bedreception staff
my superior studio was big. it had a modern design and a comfy bed. the reception staff helped me a lot too. the whitechapel station was a short walk, near tower bridge. i found some fabulous restaurants by the pier.
the floor wasnt very clean.

The staff were friendly! they had someone on the reception desk 24 hours a day. this was really useful. i also appreciated the family penthouse room. It had lots of space for the three of us.
the location is not great. it is a good walk from the nearest underground station. i also think the neighbourhood is run down, it is a sad area.

the staff was really helpful. the room was spacious and clean. it had everything i needed for a base. a bus stop was opposite the hotel to take me to all the attractions. i found it very convenient.
i sent messages over a week. the refund was processed to someone else's card. eventually, they sent a copy of a refund receipt to my card details a week later.

The room layout was excellent. It offered sufficient space. The room included a microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle. Plugs sockets had usb ports which was very useful. I found the apartment very clean.
The air conditioning unit needed replacement and it emitted sound even when turned off. There was also little space for clothing storage.
