The hotel's location near a viewing platform provided easy access to the city. I found the staff friendly and helpful with any request. My room was cleaned daily and the amenities were restocked. Breakfast on the roof terrace featured fresh food and extra options.

The room lacked a direct outside window though the design created openness.

The staff was helpful and friendly. They provided excellent suggestions for sightseeing and assisted with ordering taxis. Breakfast offered fresh eggs and a variety of options. I found the rooftop views amazing and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere.

The optimal way to travel from the airport is by subway. Start on the red line and head to Alameda, where you'll switch to the green line and disembark at Baixa-Chiado. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from there.
