Mixed Feelings About My Stay

The location was acceptable, putting me close enough to the action (or so I thought).
The mildewed walls in my first room were a major turnoff. I suspect some guests ignored the nonsmoking policy. Switching rooms didn't help much. The second one reeked of sewage in the bathroom. It was not an experience I'd eagerly repeat.

The breakfast area was quite dark. It lacked a bright, cute atmosphere to start the day. the hotel did not have its own bar or restaurant. It also lacked a dedicated pool. I found these omissions quite disappointing, especially for a hotel in this price range.

The staff at the front desk was quite friendly and efficient. The provided assistance was fast. Our room was clean upon arrival and kept tidy. I appreciated the breakfast buffet. It had many choices.
The street noise was a problem early each morning. I found the small room size a bit restrictive. There was a lack of sufficient services nearby.

i was very disappointed in my room , stains covered the carpet , and i found it hard to open and close the door. the bathroom fixtures were also difficult to operate. it wasn't what i had expected.

Fantastic Stay with Great Location!

The hotel sits near Marques de Pombal! It is close to shopping and fashion centers plus many restaurants I enjoyed. I easily walked to Praça de Comércio within 20 minutes! The staff were really nice and caring, a real bonus.
The entrance seemed like a building site from the main avenue.

This hotel is affiliated with the NH Hotel Group with its large parking lot, so you can bring your car. It shares a pool area with its five-star neighbor, a super treat if you like swimming. There are also options for detox spa appointments including scrubs, massages and body wraps.

The staff were super accommodating when my first room smelled musty! They allowed me to switch rooms quickly. Staff members are helpful plus knowledgeable about good nearby restaurants to try. The complimentary lobby coffee is a really nice touch I appreciated.

Yasuki's Japanese serves amazing food, the breakfast was so worth it with unique items. It features options for all diets, including gluten-free items I could enjoy. The breakfast selection was really good with very high quality and fresh ingredients.

This hotel is on a good and quiet place. It is easy to reach shopping and fashion centers plus restaurants. It has a beautiful neighborhood and is walkable to many sites. The hotel is right off Avenida Liberdade which is a great feature.
