The room door was REALLY heavy, I almost pulled a muscle. Plus, the sound insulation from other rooms was nonexistent. I could hear EVERYTHING, which wasn't ideal when trying to sleep, and someone kept knocking, delivering cookies at all hours, even at 7:30 PM. SERIOUSLY?

the music from the lobby was loud. it went on until late at night. it made it hard to sleep. the minibar access also caused a headache. i didn't specify i wanted to pay extra for it at check-in. this meant no drinks were available without extra cost.

the bed in my beautiful double or twin room city view was really very comfy and tidy i found the staff lovely and friendly the location suited my needs well being near the metro i could easily travel around the city the bar was also decent
