the room was a great size and included amenities. location was near good restaurants and cafes. a supermarket was within walking distance. i enjoyed the free water each day. the staff was helpful and friendly.
noise from an air conditioner kept me awake.

the breakfast included a good variety. hot food was offered, including scrambled eggs. sparkling wine was a nice touch was nice, though availability varied.

the room was clean with welcome chocolates on pillows. complimentary water was provided in glass bottles. the bathroom featured a bidet. overall, the rooms are thoughtfully equipped and well-kept.

i stayed in the hotel for four nights. the location is good as i found shopping nearby. the staff was friendly, from reception to support personnel.
my room was not very spacious and it had very little storage. THERE is no garden or nice outdoor space, so smokers just stand in front of the main entrance. i asked for a twin bed, but the hotel did not take that into consideration.

the breakfast had a superb buffet with bloody mary. my room also was very clean. i found the beds were comfortable too.
the tv was bad and engineer could not fix that. also there was a water pipe break that left me without water for several hours. i did think this was an inconvenience.

this hotel is close to a major metro hub. the walk from the metro stop is only 2 minutes. many cafes sit close by the hotel, offering many different meals.
