dated bedroomshower temperature
i was a little disappointed with a few aspects of my stay. the room felt a bit dated. the shower temperature fluctuated a lot it made showering difficult. also, the breakfast service was slow on one of the mornings it created a delay for our planned activities.

I really enjoyed my time in the double room sea view. the three windows gave me a fantastic view of the sea. the extra wide bed was very comfortable. I slept soundly using the fresh top sheet and light blankets provided. the modern bathroom impressed me. It supplied 'rituals' body soaps and care.

It also has freshly carpeted stairs to the bedrooms. there is a drawing room with a grand piano to use plus a lounge. the hotel also offers a breakfast room and a dining room.

A young lady, kiki, worked very hard at reception. She was polite and kindly. she always found time to chat with me. anna cleaned my room very well . She was very efficient.

The hotel is only a few minutes walk away from the russell cotes art gallery & museum. It is easily accessible. there is also a fantastic view over the sands and pier area from the gallery. the gardens are glorious.

The location was LOVELY and parking was easy. I didn't have any trouble finding a space.
The shower took a long time to warm up and didn't work properly. It was very slow with hardly any pressure unless it was on the coldest setting, annoying.

The hotel provided a spotlessly clean room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also excellent. Lunch there was equally satisfying..
My room had an AC unit in the ceiling, but it was broken. It could not be repaired . The room is under the roof. Because of a heat wave it was uncomfortably hot at night.
