walkable access nice food spa facilities
I totally loved the location. It was within walking distance to the town center! The restaurant had good service. The food tasted fantastic! I found the spa facilities excellent and the staff were really friendly and helpful.
The room was a bit too warm for my liking, even with the window open.

electric heater no refund
The gym was pretty good. It was excellent for a hotel gym.
The room was too cold. It only had one electric wall heater. I spent the night fully clothed because of this. They didn't offer alternative accommodation or a refund after I checked out early.

fantastic stay at the lodge
convenient location friendly staff great facilities helpful service
I enjoyed the convenient location, just steps from the first tee since i played golf. the staff was friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed too difficult for them. the leisure facilities were great. The health club surpassed typical hotel standards. i found these aspects particularly satisfying.
Sound proofing between floors was not effective. I could clearly hear noises from the room above. it was a bit distracting and affected the sleep quality. while minor, this issue impacted my overall experience.

the reception staff offered great advice about local attractions and activities. the bar and restaurant staff were cute and efficient. the food and service were consistently faultless.

the room was spacious and clean. it had nice furnishings and views of the golf course. the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was really nice, including a heated towel rail.

Check in was quick and simple. The room had a good size and a clean bathroom. Breakfast, served in the clubhouse, was nicely cooked and presented.
The room was quite a walk from the main building.

comfortable bed friendly staff
The bed was large and comfortable. the gym facilities were excellent. I used them every day, it's very clean too. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the location was handy for getting into the town.
the breakfast was rather basic, not much choice available.

The onsite swimming pool was a nice bonus. It featured a hot tub, sauna, and steam room. The pool was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful .
The walls seemed thin. I could hear doors close nearby.
