Staff communication was good before arrival, explaining how to access the main door using an app. I found the room spacious. It included plenty of storage. There was a large tv providing a few channels. i was grateful staff found A valuable item i left behind.

i found the parking a little annoying. i knew it was 'first come, first served' though i had to pay for A space i only used briefly. On returning later, no spaces were available.

The receptionist were super helpful. They demonstrated much politeness. Staff responded fast to questions before i arrived. The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciate their quick responses.

My room upgrade to a Beautiful Double Room was a sweet surprise. The bed offered unparalleled comfort. I liked the attentive and polite staff. Their service elevated my stay.

The room ventilation was somewhat lacking. This impacted the freshness of both the room and the linens. Addressing this would significantly enhance comfort.

The parking area was quite small. Maneuvering in it was a bit tight.
