friendly staff swimming pools broken lift live wires
The staff were friendly and responded quickly to my requests. The Carlton, a sister hotel next door, had facilities I could use including a gym and indoor and outdoor swimming pools. It was less than a minute's walk away. Breakfast offered enough choice.
The lift was out of order, hard to enter the hotel. I was told I should have rung ahead to inform the hotel that one of us is disabled. A light fitting was hanging off with live wires exposed.

A Wonderful Stay

perfect size bedroom soft lining ample coffee
The staff greeted us with warmth and i feelt very welcome there. My bedroom was a perfect size. I also liked there was enough coffee for my stay. The bed lining was soft and clean.

friendly staff clean room many options
I found the staff really friendly. my room was nice, clean, and spacious. i also thought breakfast had many options. I tried both continental and cooked items.
the car parking cost me a lot of money! it was a public car park.

clean lining delicious coffee nice selection
the room had enough tea, coffee, sugar and milk for my stay. the bed linen felt soft and clean. breakfast offered a nice selection and the coffee tasted delicious.
the parking fee seemed excessive at twenty pounds per twenty-four hours. i think parking should be free for hotel guests.
