I got a welcome upgrade to a sea view room, great. the room decoration needed some work, but it was adequate. i booked directly through the hotel to get free parking. Otherwise, parking costs £12 daily. i found this quite convenient.

the staff were friendly and helpful . comfortable beds were provided, ensuring a restful sleep. i managed to secure parking, even though it was an extra charge. plenty of hot water was available, which i always appreciate.

the room got quite warm, even with the fan provided.

The staff is friendly and always ready to help. We found them very available. check-in was smooth and efficient. I didn't have to wait. any questions or concerns were addressed immediately, and always cheerfully.

The staff was very friendly and polite. I found the bed very comfortable. The hotel's location is great, especially given its walking distance to both the beach and the town (perfect for family outings!). I slept well and would book again soon with my family.

The hotel is situated perfectly for the summer months. Sandbanks was an awesome bus ride away (a great day trip!). Parking was available close to the hotel, giving easy access to the cliff.

My double room sea view was well-kept. The location was close to the beach. The staff were friendly.

The parking was quite small. The breakfast was not what I expected, trays were often empty. I found peeling paint in the bathroom, and the bathroom itself felt cramped.
