lovely hotel, few small issues

room was large and featured a comfortable bed. the breakfast offered a good selection, and the staff was friendly and helpful. there was ample parking available at the hotel. i had a beautiful room upgrade, it was a good surprise.
i stayed in a york room, the lights did not work in the walk in wardrobe making it hard to unpack. also, a toilet roll holder was loose, and the shower head was dirty, a bit disappointing.

this hotel is located a short distance from the beach and the pier. footpaths offer easy access. it is convenient for reaching the town center, but also ensures a quiet environment.

the hotel offers off road parking. the grounds outside appear well kept. the building has tasteful decor. there is a big mirror set upon a beautifully decorated wardrobe in the room.

The staff members were very friendly and polite during check-in and throughout my stay. Parking was easy. My room was lovely and the bed very comfortable (I slept so well!). Breakfast was tasty.
The blinds did not block out light well. The curtains also did not close properly. My room faced the back of reception, which caused constant noise. There was additional noise in the evening from people coming and going.

The executive suite was spacious, offering ample room to relax. i also appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. It was very well maintained.
the parking situation proved challenging as there was limited space available. i also noticed that some areas of the room showed signs of wear, specifically stains on the carpet.
