The hotel's sommelier and head bartender, Milan Ormanovic, curates the wine and cocktail selections; he recommends the Wild Strawberry, Ginger Margarita, and The Passion Fruit (alcohol-free). high specification comfortable beds attention to detail little space unqualified staff poor service
the hotel was beautifully built, and the rooms were finished to a high specification. comfortable beds are a great feature. i found an excellent range of amenities within the room and a lovely attention to detail..
the rooms had very little space for hanging clothes. i was staying for several nights, and i felt really cramped. the staff seemed quite unqualified, and for a five star hotel, i expected better service.

overrated and cramped
small room no space
the location was acceptable.
The room i booked, a 'superior' room, was shockingly small. there was practically no space for luggage and maneuvering around the room seemed like an obstacle course. i expected more for the price i paid. It was a very frustrating experience.

The staff provided great service. The room decoration was gorgeous with a comfy bed. The location was great and quiet. It was close enough to the center for walking around..
The car park was more than a ten minute walk away. The rooftop restaurant was fully booked for dinner. I couldn't see an internal blind in the room.

The decor is beautiful and really well maintained! I loved the comfortable bed. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight. The service was excellent.
The air conditioning in the room was not working properly. I mentioned it a few times, but there was no change, it could be looked into

small room proper closets
the staff was cute and the hotel had beautiful decoration.
My room was quite small. It was difficult to open my suitcase, i could do it only on the bed. the room lacked proper closets. It only had two hangers. space beside the bed was so small that i could not pass.
