The hotel's location was central. The accessibility to nearby attractions was convenient.

The room felt cramped and lacked storage space. I struggled with luggage placement and found the bathroom particularly small. It made moving around uncomfortable, i also noticed some maintenance issues, like peeling paint in the bathroom corner, which detracted from the overall impression.

The person at the front desk was very kind and cute upon our arrival. the staff happily assisted us when we had trouble with the room key. the room had fresh cleanliness and a decent size. I found the welcome note much appreciated. the beds and pillows provided real comfort.

the wi-fi signal was a little weak at times, especially in the evenings.

the staff was helpful , especially with directions and recommendations. breakfast had a wide variety of options and fresh ingredients. i appreciated the complimentary water bottles provided daily in the room. the location was perfect , very central with easy access to many attractions.

the room i stayed in felt a bit small , especially the bathroom, it made maneuvering a bit difficult.

Mixed Experience at City Center Hotel

lacked light mildew smell

The location was alright, very close to many attractions.

The room I was assigned faced a back alley, it lacked natural light. The air conditioning did not work properly and the bathroom smelled like mildew. I did expect better for the price I paid.

friendly staff sparkling room

The staff was super friendly (i liked their energy) and helpful. the room was sparkling clean. i found a coffee machine available anytime. fresh cake and biscuits were available . It was a nice touch.

the superior double room was smaller than i expected. there were no drawers to unpack my suitcase. the wc felt small.
