perfect location efficient cleaner super clean room incomplete safe small sheets expensive sleep

i really liked that the location was perfect. the cleaner was lovely and efficient. the room was super clean. the time for breakfast and to check out were long, this was amazing!!!

the safe was not bolted to a wall and floor incomplete. the bath sheets are too small. it was the most expensive sleep i've had. i did not like that.

the room lacked basic provisions such as tea, coffee, and complimentary water. i found it necessary to travel seven floors down to the bar for a hot beverage, which proved inconvenient, especially after a twelve-hour flight. additionally, the air conditioning did not function properly, resulting in an uncomfortable night's sleep.

Convenient Stay Near Oriente Station

helpful staff early arrival

The hotel features friendly, professional staff. They stored my bags upon my early morning arrival. They also had my room ready earlier than expected. The staff also called a taxi for me when I was ready to leave.

the room felt cramped and i found only one pillow on the bed which was disappointing i also disliked the unfriendly reception staff i encountered during check-in the overall experience was not great

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the Oriente station. It made travel to and from the airport very easy. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom impressed me. I found both to be well-kept. The breakfast had a juicer machine, a great surprise.

The air conditioning was not working optimally. It made temperature control difficult, resulting in a somewhat uncomfortable night.
