The staff were helpful and friendly, THIS is always a plus. The cleanliness throughout the hotel and in my room was VERY good. Breakfast offered plenty of choices, and , made my mornings easier.
The room was small, and ventilation was lacking. Bathroom odors easily permeated the space. When I booked, I mentioned my wedding anniversary, and the message indicated that something would be arranged. I THINK they upgraded my room from a balcony to a terrace, but it was not communicated explicitly.

the room was spacious, it featured a large wardrobe suitable for all my clothes and a kettle for making tea whenever i wanted. the bathroom was super clean (with a superb hairdryer), and the location was unbeatable, only a short walk from main attractions. the staff were always friendly and accommodating.
The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear hallway conversations and noises from adjacent rooms. this sometimes disturbed my rest, particularly at night.

The team was lovely. The rooms are well-designed. My bed was comfy. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the variety it offered. The clothes steamer in the room was a total bonus. It kept my outfits wrinkle-free and ready to go. I really appreciated that. It added convenience to my stay.
The soundproofing could be improved a bit as I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms, but it wasn't too bad.

My room included complimentary tea, coffee, and water upon arrival. The bathroom featured shampoo, gel, conditioner, and a hairdryer. I found ample hangers in the closet, and a full-length mirror on the door, very useful. I appreciated the private balcony with its small table.

Breakfast featured cooked sausages, pancakes, and spanish cheeses. I noticed greek yogurt was available at breakfast. Guests also receive a voucher for a complimentary coffee, beer, or soda . The hotel even accommodated my early departure by providing bread and fruit to take with me.

a decent stay

the hotel location was pretty central. it was near shops and some nice cafes, so i could walk around easily. the room was clean and had a steamer, that was a nice touch and i found it useful.
the walls seemed thin. i could hear people in other rooms, especially when they closed doors and i didn't like that. the shower caused the bathroom to flood. i used extra towels every time, which seemed wasteful.

the location was very convenient. it was very central with restaurants and shops nearby. a bus stop for airport travel was about 5 minutes away. the hotel was very clean and that really helped.
Unfortunately, there were some serious issues . i booked a more expensive family room with a terrace. i discovered insects in the room though. the manager only proposed a refund of the price difference between the larger and smaller room. This didn't feel fair at all.

The staff were very friendly. They helped arrange a taxi to the airport for me. I stored my luggage in lockers because my flight was at night. This was a great bonus. The hotel offered parking for 20 euros per night. Street parking looked difficult.
The walls seemed thin. I heard noises from a neighboring room sometimes. It was not a major issue for me.
