friendly staffconstant noiselate cleaning
the staff was friendly enough.
the noise really bothered me. i could hear everything going on outside and in the hallway. the doors slamming was the worst, and it seemed to go on all night. it also took a long time for them to clean my room, even though i arrived after check-in time.

i appreciated the friendly staff. they helped me plan my day, regarding tourist destinations. the location was superb. it was easily walkable to many tourist spots.

The staff offered fruit for my husband's birthday. It was a very nice gesture. the reception area seemed lovely. the facilities looked quite good. The room felt spacious and clean.
I stayed on the seventh floor in a standard double room. the room seemed a bit run down. i could hear loud flushing and dripping sounds from the plumbing. It was quite disturbing.

the staff seemed helpful and pleasant. the reception girl had a great attitude and was smiling. she was cute even at 3 in the morning. the staff supplied fruit when they realized it was my husband's 70th birthday!

the location proved super convenient , close to transport links and the city center. i found the gym well equipped , i used the sauna. staff were friendly , they accommodated my request for a late check-out without hesitation. the room was very spacious and offered a great view.
soundproofing was a minor issue , i could occasionally hear noise from adjacent rooms.
