Suites del Mar by Melia offers 39 suites with a furnished terrace, with views over the Marina or the sea. Suites include air conditioning, a separate sitting area, a minibar, and an espresso maker. Bathrooms include free toiletries, a shower, a double washbasin, a magnifying mirror, a hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers.

Guests can have meals at Restaurant Darsena (150 metres from the property), with á la carte menu with first course, second course and dessert (for half-board and full-board rates). Alborada breakfast room serves a full breakfast buffet with sea views. Marabierta restaurant and Luz De Mar bar/lounge offer Mediterranean cuisine and ocean views, as well as room service. The room had amazing views over the harbor and sea. The suite was spacious and clean with a huge comfortable bed. Breakfast offered a generous selection (I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries!).

i found breakfast offered many selections and the food was great. the room had a lovely sea view and a balcony, i liked that i could enjoy a cigar there. the staff members were friendly and were so accommodating. i appreciated that there was a vip area at breakfast with cava, how lovely is that?

i noticed a bright spotlight on the balcony that was timed and turned on every evening. it made relaxing at night a little difficult.

the hotel sits overlooking the beach and marina, a beautiful spot. it provides easy access to the city center, its just a short walk. pubs and restaurants are surrounding the area, so many choices.

the staff were excellent. nothing was too much trouble for them, they were very attentive. guest relations was helpful with looking after all guests needs. the team members are great.

breakfast included cava and it was so good. the breakfast restaurant has lovely views and great service. the menu offered enough variety for a weeks stay, nice. gluten-free items are available.

the hotel includes new pool area and inside lounge, both very good. the spa facilities looked good and were worth the extra cost. the pool area has breeze from the sea, which keeps guests cool. there is a gym available .
