Excellent Stay with Fantastic Service

The staff demonstrated flexibility with last-minute bookings (a big plus for business travelers). The hotel promptly notified us via email when a member of our group left behind a hair straightener. I appreciated that they safely stored the item, great to retrieve it two weeks later. The location is great, with a parking garage close by.
The noise from passing traffic was noticeable.

The hotel is in a central location, perfect for exploring. Plenty of dining and drinking options are nearby. The lounge area provided a nice space for a quiet drink (I enjoyed this a lot).
I found the breakfast to be quite poor. The scrambled egg and bacon were not kept warm and were inedible. The charcuterie selection was also very poor on the whole.
