Adequate stay, but some issues
noisy road rough neighbourhood
The breakfast had everything I could wish for so that was acceptable.
The road outside was really noisy especially from 06:00 until late at night. My room was on the front so I think it needs triple glazing. The neighborhood is rough in parts and I did not feel safe.

small room closed bar
The room was pretty small i must say. Mirrors everywhere didn't exactly. my bed seemed to have a staring contest with the toilet, separated by a half-glass door, so much for privacy. and the bar? closed both nights. I booked the place partly for that convenience! darn.

friendly staff easy transportation
The superior double room was very clean! the staff was very kind. the location is near transportation. the hotel provides good value for money. I had a pleasant transfer from the airport.
the surrounding area was not inviting, and it felt rundown. it was convenient for transportation, but i would have preferred a nicer neighborhood.

the room included free amenities and they were refreshed every day. the design was original. the mini-bar was complimentary. there were many hangers in the closet!

The bistro is attached to the hotel. It is nice for lunch and cocktails. there is a coffee place connected to the lobby area. the hotel has a rooftop too.

the breakfast offered many options, even for vegetarians. there were added extras like chia pudding. the hotel's restaurant had rude staff. i did not receive a welcome drink.

convenient location short walk complimentary water card access standard amenities dental kit
The location was quite convenient. It was near the metro. There were many restaurants within a short walk. I appreciated the complimentary water and coke in the room.
The elevator did not require a card for access. Anyone could reach any floor. My room lacked some standard amenities upon arrival. I needed to request slippers, a dental kit, and tissues.

meh, it was a place to sleep
small room poor soundproofing
the room, a superior double room i think, was pretty small. i mean, i know space is a premium, but really? also, the soundproofing wasn't great. street noise seeped in all night, and earplugs did not really solve the problem. i should have asked for a different room, but i was to tired to bother.

decent stay overall
clean room friendly staff shower leak toilet proximity
the room was clean. the staff was friendly! i appreciated the proximity to public transportation. the metro stop was very close to the hotel, so it was easy to get around.
the shower leaked onto the floor near the bed. also, the toilet was too close to the bed. i did not enjoy the lack of privacy in the bathroom. the door is half glass and open at the top.
