balcony windows street noise fresh juices

My room had two balcony windows facing the main street. The windows ensured no street noise entered when closed. Breakfast provided a VARIETY of foods and drinks, charming (especially the fresh juices!).

The Wi-Fi signal in my room was sometimes weak, though it worked fine in the lobby.

convenient location tram route coffee absence capsule limitation

the location was very convenient for exploring the alfama district. it was also quite close to tram 28 route. i found this made it easier to get around, but be prepared for some hilly walks.

no coffee was available in the room, a slight inconvenience. i had to ask for coffee capsules and was told that they offer only two a day. my room did not have any when i arrived.

The staff offered a complimentary bottle of wine upon my arrival. It was a nice welcome. the room had a kitchenette, stocked with coffee capsules. the daily room freshening kept everything tidy and comfortable.

The frosted window bathroom felt somewhat out of place. I thought there was a slight unpleasant odor in it. this was a minor issue, though.

efficient transport early check in quiet space attentive staff

The hotel provided efficient transport from the airport. i was pleased with the early check in arrangement. the rooms were very clean. The spaces were quiet. staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay.

i noticed some minor wear on the furniture, but it did not detract from the overall experience.

okay accommodation

convenient location room sink impurity stains bad smell

i found the location very convenient. a tram stop was located right outside the hotel. the room also offered a sink. i stayed in this room.

i noticed some small impurity stains on the bed sheets. the sheets were not changed until i asked on the third night. i also detected a bad smell in the room. the room cleaning felt incomplete.
