faulty safeunresponsive service

the safe in the room didnt work, so i felt a little uneasy leaving valuables. also, the air conditioning was difficult to adjust, and the room remained too warm even after i lowered the thermostat. the staff wasnt so helpful in resolving either of these issues. i think there needs to be better maintenance of the rooms and more responsive service.

i found the location to be very convenient near the metro. a large grocery store across the street proved quite useful. the staff was friendly, and the wifi worked without issue. the availability of metro makes transportation easy.

the hotel lacks usb charging ports in the rooms. i had to rely on adapters. this could be a simple fix that would improve the guest experience. not having that it's something that you need to keep in mind when packing.

the room lacked sufficient hanging storage it only had shelves this made it difficult to organize my clothes i also requested laundry service for ironing but it was not completed i was offered an ironing board and iron instead the absence of proper service was disappointing

the shower drain was clogged and the water barely drained, it was annoying. also, there was no water available in the evening, a real problem. i had to buy bottled water, which i didn't enjoy.

The hotel's location is great. It is across from a large supermarket. The metro station is only a short walk away. The staff provided great communication with any request.

The shower drain was clogged. This caused a need to shorten showers. The lobby lacked water in the evening. This was inconvenient after a long day.
