friendly staff excellent breakfast loose plugs dim lighting

The receptionist was helpful upon my arrival. all the staff in the breakfast room were friendly. breakfast was excellent. The choice was good and it was freshly made to order.

the plug points were falling out of the socket. dim lighting was present in the bathroom. the kettle had to be put on the floor as all the plug points were floor level.

The staff was SUPER nice. I appreciated them allowing an earlier check-in in the morning. It was crucial to have a rest after a long coach travel.

The rooms seemed dated. The plug points were literally falling out of the socket. Dim lighting was in the bathroom. A kettle to boil water required placement on the floor, as all the plug points were floor level.

The included breakfast was amazing!!! i could choose from a wide variety of freshly prepared options. the staff was friendly. They remembered my order each morning, a nice touch.

the keyring for the room key was quite large, made opening the door a bit awkward.

The hotel had a functional lift, made accessing upper floors easy. I found the breakfast selection excellent (fresh pastries!), and the quality was great. The staff members were consistently helpful and friendly . The location allowed easy access to key attractions, with convenient car service pick-ups when needed.

I noticed that the bathroom amenities were quite basic, limited to a shampoo and body wash combination.

Really good Breakfast and Helpful Staff

excellent breakfast high standard powerful shower helpful staff

The breakfast menu had excellent variety covering different tastes. I particularly appreciated the freshly prepared dishes. My room was spacious, and housekeeping maintained a high standard throughout my stay. The shower was powerful. I had plenty of hot water. The staff were helpful and accommodating. They promptly addressed my requests.

The room decor could use some updating, as it felt a bit dated.

helpful staff delicious choices central location

I found the staff consistently helpful. the breakfast had a nice variety. The choices were delicious. the location was quite central, providing easy access to the main square. there is an uphill walk to reach the hotel, so guests should keep this in mind, but taxis are readily available.

my room key had an unusually large keyring, and it made opening the door a bit difficult.
