the staff was friendly. i enjoyed that the hotel offers free service for luggage storage. the room was really clean, a gorgeous big comfortable bed was a plus.

the bathroom seemed dated. i noticed the pool ladders were scorching hot. the air conditioning wasn't sufficient in cooling the rooms.

i found staff very friendly, and they accommodated my early arrival by allowing pool access while i waited. its location proved convenient for sete rios station and airport access. the room was comfortable and clean during my brief stay.

the hotel lacked a thermostat in the room, made temperature control difficult.
