The kitchen setup was smart. All cooking functions could be neatly packed away. The location was convenient. I found it easy to get around, as it was close to the Intendente station.. Ubers were also readily available. The breakfast basket delivery was charming and contained standard continental options.
The room lacked functional lighting. The lighting seemed more for aesthetics than practical use.

The room service was excellent.
The neighborhood felt unsafe. I saw homeless people and rubbish just outside the hotel. It was unsettling. Staff were not attentive. They seemed preoccupied with their own conversations, and I had to interrupt them repeatedly.
