the staff at breakfast were super nice i appreciated that lots of options were available and the staff readily helped with custom orders my room was large and comfortable i easily found parking at night after touring around the city
the wifi disconnected frequently it was quite annoying

The staff were friendly. They helped me with a shopping issue. recommendations for food and sightseeing were useful. the room was a good size. i loved the excellent bathroom products and the nespresso machine.
One of the pillow cases had a stain. the bedhead seemed dusty. I only noticed it when i opened the window, which raised dust into the bed. breakfast did not seem very appealing.

the hotel restaurant offered great food at reasonable prices. there was a delicious breakfast buffet with fresh options. the hotel provided parking. it was easy to access the parking spaces and i found them large and secure.

the super nice team and communicated really well, i thought. one staff member, g neto, was fantastic ( !). my ride kept taking longer and longer to arrive, but mr neto helped me with my luggage all the way to the taxi rank a couple of streets away. he spoke to the driver and made sure i was settled in the taxi before leaving.
the wifi was disconnecting every 30-60 seconds, how annoying. besides that, there was no chance to switch off the bed lights. even by removing the card from the cardholder, it was impossible to sleep with the light, i tell you, it is a torture. the gentleman from the reception cut the breaker in the electrical cabinet.
