The gym was rather small. It became quite crowded with more than three people. There wasn't enough equipment for everyone! the breakfast service felt disorganized, resulting in long waits for coffee. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and tables remained uncleared for extended periods. I found it irritating.

The staff were always available. They helped with transportation around the area. The receptionists provided information on local activities. The hotel maintained high cleanliness throughout my stay. My room was always neat. The amenities were in excellent condition. I found a rooftop pool as a nice addition. It gave a relaxing space after a day of exploring. The breakfast options offered excellent variety. I found many choices each morning.

The gym had limited equipment so it sometimes felt crowded during peak hours.

the hotel location rocks. metro access is super easy plus it is close to everything. staff helped me immediately with directions. the rooftop relaxation zone is amazing and has great views. there is security at the entrance, this gave me peace of mind.

the pool is a bit smaller than i expected, but it still exists.

The staff was super friendly! the rooftop pool had plenty of sun loungers and shades. breakfast had excellent options for everyone. I loved the fresh fruit selection! i really enjoyed the quiet location. It was perfect for a peaceful getaway.

The room had a comfortable large bed. The bathroom was spacious with large towels. I found the staff very helpful. I also appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities.

The in-room service was inadequate . Every day, I noticed different items were missing. Some days we lacked towels, while other days amenities and water were not replaced. Breakfast room was very cold.
