mixed feelings About the Stay
poor staffing temperature control
the apartment was spacious enough and included wifi access.
The lack of reception staffing was frustrating. it was difficult to reach anyone with questions or concerns, and checkout consisted of just dropping keys at an empty desk. also, the shower lacked temperature control. Adjusting it was annoyingly difficult.

natural light comfortable bed
My room had great natural light. The bed was super comfortable too. Staff were very helpful even before I arrived. I experienced a fantastic stay.
I had some difficulty contacting them to arrange baggage drop. The phone number provided did not answer.

The apartment came with all necessary kitchen and bathroom supplies. That was acceptable.
I had some issues. no one was at the reception desk when i wanted to check out early. That felt a bit insecure. also, the phone number provided did not answer.

great recommendations charming patio
Inez and Anna were cute! They gave helpful recommendations for dining and navigating (I needed that!). Our room included a lovely patio. Too bad it was rainy, so we did not use it.
The reception area seemed often unstaffed. This made it hard if I needed something. The checkout process involved just leaving the key. There was nobody present to hand it to.

poor communication unattended checkout
the location was acceptable enough for exploring the city.
My room was not cleaned properly one day. the staff didn't seem to communicate well, and i was bothered with calls and emails after i put up the 'do not disturb' sign. also, the unattended checkout felt unsecured. I prefer handing over the keys directly to someone.

wrong room empty desk
the room was super clean. the area had many nice shops and restaurants.
the person checking us in put our bags in the wrong room. she did not label them when i dropped them off. she also could not make change for a 20 euro bill, even though she had the money. there is hardly anyone at the reception desk.

fresh pastries detailed tour comfortable furniture
i stayed in the superior double or twin room patio. the room included fresh pastries and port wine upon arrival. the staff offered a detailed tour of the apartment. the apartment had comfortable furniture.
the shower's temperature control was difficult. but everything else was perfect.
