the location was very central. i could easily walk to many shops and restaurants. our double or twin room was large. the balcony offered a wonderful view, it had many power points.
the pillows seemed a little old, it wasn't quite the quality i'd expect from a hotel in this category.

I found the staff helpful during check-in. They suggested local dining options NEARBY. The breakfast offered good variety. I especially appreciated the pastries. The room on the seventh floor included a terrace, I spent time there. The bed and pillows were REALLY comfy.
I noticed a slight banging noise above my room, it was mildly ANNOYING.

The hotel is on a quiet street. It is not far from main areas. I found it easy to get around from there. THE botanical gardens are a short walk away from the hotel.

The bathrooms had both a bathtub and a separate shower. Tea and coffee facilities were available. So was a mini bar. The WIFI worked well. I had no connection issues.

the staff arranged birthday decorations within our junior suite that included a balcony with a castle view this thoughtful gesture created a personal and nice celebration the location was convenient to both the city centre and local shops making our stay easy everything from the warm welcome to the room's decor contributed to a beautiful trip i will always cherish.
consistent banging noises above our room were a bit annoying however this was a minor issue that did not significantly impact our overall positive experience.

the hotel was easy to access and check-in was smooth. the staff was great (always smiling!). i enjoyed the excellent facilities available to me. i found the room to be a good size and the spa was great and i got a lovely massage.
the gym is really small, it has limited equipment for a proper workout.

my room just wasnt what i expected. it felt old and worn. the shower pressure was weak, a real disappointment after a long day and the minibar prices felt really high.
