Newbury Guest House has 35 guestrooms in a historic brownstone setting. There are four room types. The Luxury Bay Window King rooms are the largest, up to 285 square feet, and include a sitting area with bay windows. Luxury Double rooms are up to 285 square feet with two XL-size double beds. Deluxe rooms are approximately 255 square feet and feature a queen-size premium bed and a desk. Standard rooms are 210 square feet and include a queen-size bed with premium bedding. Select rooms include bay windows with city or neighborhood views. Each room features a refrigerator, a 37-inch flat-screen TV with DVD player, and an en suite bathroom with toiletries.

Newbury Guest House includes in-house restaurants with Al Fresco dining choices. The Bittersweet Cafe has a casual grab-and-go breakfast and lunch box. La Voile is an authentic French brasserie with southern French seafood dishes like loup de mer. Bar À Vin opens an outdoor area in warm weather for wine and people-watching on Newbury Street. A wine sommelier discovers wines from boutique, small batch vineyards.

The Newbury Guest House has a private conference room available for rent. Guests receive late checkout at 12:30 p.m. when available. Gift cards are available for purchase. Guests can explore paintings from the nearby Pucker Gallery and play chess in the lobby.

Newbury Guest House is on Newbury Street in Boston's Back Bay neighborhood. It is near historical landmarks, tourist attractions, museums, the sports and convention center, colleges, and universities. The hotel is near Boston Public Garden, Skywalk Observatory, Back Bay, Newbury Street, John Hancock Tower, Trinity Church, Faneuil Hall Marketplace, Boston Common, Freedom Trail, and John B Hynes Veterans Convention Center. The parking lot is halfway down the alley on the left, with name in granite lettering.

Spaces for parking are limited, and guests who book directly receive priority in reserving parking for $30 per day. Spaces must be reserved in advance. It is located one block from the Hynes Convention Center and a short walk to Longwood Medical Center, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, and Boston Common. The T is available for transport to other locations.
