Romantic Boutique Bliss
larger room hot chocolate boutique experience
I found really good service. Staff showed genuine care. I received an upgrade to a larger room upon arrival. Restaurant staff provided hot chocolate after my cold night out. The hotel has style. I consider this a beautiful boutique experience.
The air conditioning did not work as well as I had hoped .

Wonderful Boutique stay
valet parking arrival water
The staff was AMAZING. They always answered my questions promptly. The valet parking was very convenient, and I really appreciated the water upon arrival. The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay.
I did notice the lobby sometimes smelled strongly of food from the restaurant. Perhaps a stronger exhaust system could help.

Acceptable stay with some issues
limited room service missing kettle
The location was good, with many places within walking distance.
Unfortunately, i experienced some problems . The room service hours were quite limited. They did NOT extend past 9pm. my room lacked a tea kettle, so enjoying a cup of tea in the morning was impossible.

faulty air conditioning poor soundproofing
the air conditioning was faulty. it made strange, loud noises at all hours even when turned off. also, the hallways lacked sufficient soundproofing. i could hear every conversation and footstep outside my door. it was very disruptive to my sleep.

Acceptable Stay Lacking Attention to Detail
double charge insufficient soundproofing
The automatic bill payment system charged me twice. I used a third-party service for my initial payment and it was confirmed when I arrived. The hotel charged my card again upon departure. I had to spend time contacting customer support to resolve this error. The room lacked sufficient soundproofing making sleep difficult.

Mixed feelings about this stay.
slow service high cost
The restaurant was a letdown. The service was slow and the food quality didn't match the hotel's supposed standards. Then, after checking out, I had to chase down my incidentals invoice repeatedly. Valet parking seemed to be the only option. The cost felt excessive. I think I ended up paying far too much for this 'convenience.
