the staff was very attentive and quick to fulfill requests. i appreciated the welcome chocolates brought to my room. leaving my bags after checkout was helpful , as i collected them later. the robes and slippers provided added a luxurious touch.

the location is excellent near times square and bryant park. the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. i found the room very clean. the beds were also super comfy, so i slept well.

The breakfast menu had very limited options. I wished for more vegan and vegetarian options.

Romantic Getaway Near the Lights

The room included extra touches, like the lighted magnifying mirror and Dyson hairdryer, I found them helpful. I easily walked to many destinations and also found subway access nearby. The king size bed was huge and so comfortable, I slept like a baby.

I found the lobby to be very small, it only had about ten chairs placed very close together.

The room had a Nespresso machine with free pods, so every morning, I could have fresh coffee. A safe was available in the room. It proved useful for storing valuables. The bathroom provided a very clean space with a good shower.

Adequate but Underwhelming Experience

My stay had some significant issues. The noise from the adjacent room was very disruptive. It made it difficult to sleep. I was surprised to find no complimentary bottled water in the room. When I inquired about water, I was told it would cost $7. This felt a bit steep. The water pressure in the shower was also very low.

the location was fantastic it was close to everything i wanted to see the room i had featured blackout blinds a sound machine and great sound installation the bed was super comfortable the staff was very nice they were very helpful and friendly

the area around the entrance was not ideal there were visible drug users i also noticed an unpleasant smell the breakfast menu could have had more options for vegans or vegetarians the room i was in was a bit dark it was hard to tell if it was day or night
