The Luxury Collection Hotel, Manhattan Midtown offers rooms with a minibar, and tea and coffee maker. Rooms include a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Bathrooms feature Carrara marble surfaces, a bath, a shower, free toiletries, bathrobes, and a hairdryer. Some suites, located on the highest of the hotel's 54 floors, include a living room, a separate dressing area with a closet, and French doors that open into the bedroom. Select suites feature city views and complimentary phone calls to London, England, and bathrooms with dual shower heads. The Storey Suite, located above the 25th floor, features an automated personal bar. The rooms are soundproofed and feature ironing and blackout curtains.

Dabble is an all-day destination for light fare and classic cocktails in a modern setting. The restaurant serves everything from a Caesar wedge salad and smoked salmon flatbread to garganelli with asparagus and shrimp and a burger with fries. Guests can pair their meal with wines or cocktails prepared by a bartender. Live jazz featuring Epsounds Jazz Trio accompanies dinner and conversation. A special Winter Suite in-room dining menu is available.
