The Inn at Boston Yacht Haven offers guest rooms and penthouse suites. Each room includes a large flat-screen TV with satellite TV channels, a Bluetooth clock radio with wireless Qi charging, and a computer charging station. Rooms also have a table or desk workspace. Some rooms offer harbor views, a sofa bed, a dining area, and a seating area. A sink, microwave, kettle, kitchenware, and Keurig coffee maker are provided. Robes and slippers are included. Select rooms feature heated bathroom floors. Carpeted rooms include deck and patio furniture. Bathrooms have marble walk-in showers. The penthouse suites include three decks with Boston skyline and harbor views, a king bed, a work desk, a desk chair, and a flat-screen TV, plus a bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

The first floor features the Captains' Lounge, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass on three sides, with comfortable couches and chairs, a 70-inch flat-screen TV, a pool table, a coffee bar, and a refreshment center.
