bathroom doorwater damage
I must say , the room I got was NOT excellent. The bathroom door was difficult to close , probably due to water damage. I also noticed what looked like mold near the bottom of the door. It DEFINITELY could use some ventilation.

the hotel has a great location near the empire state building, it took only minutes to walk. my room included a kitchenette, that was useful. i liked the warm lobby, there was also a lounge area with a fire.
the cleanliness in my room could been better, specially for the price i paid. the wifi was too slow, it did not work for my business needs.

the staff at the hotel was cute and always happy to help me with what i needed. they gave prompt service whenever i asked for assistance, and were very kind. the team was always ready to assist guests.
