The staff was friendly and helpful. the room had a tv and it worked well. secure parking existed. a retail park was located nearby. I found several useful shops there.

The entrance area seemed a bit untidy. I noticed a few spots that could use some attention.

The staff offered helpful directions to the O2 from the bus route , and I appreciated that. The hotel permitted us to leave our car in the car park after checkout for sightseeing in the city center.

The shower tap was hard to close completely.

The bus stops near the hotel are very convenient. Buses arrive approximately every six minutes. I appreciated leaving my car in the hotel car park after checkout. I could sightsee in the city centre without worrying about parking.

The noise from the bar was excessive before and after the local match, with loud music. The sound affected my ability to relax one night.
