central locationfriendly ownershot waterloud noise
the location is central, i didn't need transport. friendly owners made everything super easy, and my room was perfectly clean. the free wifi was blazing fast, it was awesome.
the water took ages to heat up, that's for sure. plus, the telly from next door was loud. the noise kept me up all night, which wasn't cool.

The hotel location is near the prom. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfy. I reserved a parking space at the back of the hotel. The gates are closed for safety.

Excellent stay near the pier

i appreciated the hotel's proximity to north pier. i found the staff to be very cute. The bedrooms were super clean and very comfortable. They supplied tea and coffee with milk and fluffy towels plus two pillows.
The checkout time felt slightly early.

The room was a triple room. it included chairs and a table. This was nice. car park availability was a plus at a really good price.

a stay with some issues
cold roomslow hot water
the room felt quite cold throughout my stay a small heater was provided but it struggled to warm the room adequately also the hot water took a very long time to heat up it was probably 15 minutes before it became warm enough for a shower the checkout was early at 10 am

The hosts were very cute and helpful. They made everything easy. the room was spotlessly clean. it was also great value for money. i would certainly recommend this hotel.

this hotel is located close to the beach front, easy to access. the proximity to local attractions was convenient. it allowed us to explore the area easily. the neighborhood felt safe.

A car park with secure gates is available. This added security was very nice. the bar was pretty non-existent, precisely what i wanted. A place. it allowed for a relaxing, chill atmosphere.

comfortable bedcold roomthin walls
The beds were comfortable enough. I slept alright (nothing amazing, but acceptable).
The room was quite cold. It took a long time for the water to warm up in the shower. the tv from the adjacent room kept me awake for a while, i think the walls are quite thin. there was also a strange smell in the hotel, it reminded me of old dampness.
