“This Dublin hotel impressed me with its thoughtful blend of Georgian elegance and modern comfort. The location, just outside the city center, balances convenience with a quieter atmosphere. Decent Stay Overall

good choicesbreakfastcommon areasbreakfast staffnoisy roomslamming doorsworn carpet
The breakfast offered good choices. I found both Irish and continental options. The common areas of the hotel were attractive. Staff serving breakfast were very pleasant.
My room faced the street. It was unnecessarily noisy, and wind came in through the windows. Hallway doors closed with a loud bang. The carpet seemed a bit worn and not very hygienic to me.

historic charm and modern comfort

great locationfriendly staffwide selectionhistoric style
this hotel has a great location near o'connell street. the staff were consistently helpful and friendly . breakfast offered a wide selection including continental and cooked options (i particularly enjoyed the vegan irish breakfast). the hotel's historic style was beautiful, and my room featured a high ceiling and long sash windows.
The hot water pressure was occasionally weak. This minor inconvenience did not significantly affect my overall experience though.

unattentive staffthin windows
the staff weren't very attentive when i arrived. i had hoped for more help with my luggage, but i had to carry everything myself. also, the noise from the street at night made it hard to sleep. the thin windows really let all the sound in, and that was quite disruptive.
